Brewery Xs origin is deeply rooted in San Diego, where CEOClayton Wellbankand Chief Brewing OfficerTrevor Wallsfirst met at SDSU. Walls, who began brewing in his Ocean Beach garage, now holds a Master Brewing degree in Brewing Sciences & Technology, and has brewed at notable establishments includingPizza PortandBallast Point Brewing. At Brewery X, Walls focuses on creating great clean true beers without unnecessary additives, producing approximately 30,000 barrels per year with plans to increase production to 100,000 barrels.

Brewery X takes great pride in the process of unadulterated beer production while also experimenting with creating new favorites. They were also early adopters of craft-brewed hard seltzers and are known for mixing and matching different flavor profiles anchored using fresh, natural ingredients and chef driven combinations.
